WTF? Are you all really arguing about the speed of the 4 wheeler? Lets list the facts that justify the officer shooting to kill. Keep in mind, that these are only the facts that would justify his actions if they are taken for granted to be true:

-He was being pulled behind a motor vehicle against his will.

No. I was arguing that the testimony of the officer is probably unreliable due to the tramatic experience of killing somebody, however people here are incapable of complex thoughts.
