If he called the cops right then, and followed the truck until it was pulled over, sure.
After the fact, no chance. Hell, I’ve got some scratches in my hood. I guess I’ll just write down the plate # of the next full dump truck I see, call up APD, and get my check.
yea… im on my way to work im not going to follow a truck through rush hour traffic on the off chance i actually got a scratch from it. the windshield i don’t really care because i have free glass coverage, the paint on my hood i care about though…
Exactly. Just one of those things that sucks, and it’s why they have laws about covered loads.
