If someone would just take away Trumps direct access to Twitter the guy actually has a chance. Since he can’t be trusted to look at something long enough to realize a Star of David over a pile of money calling Hillary corrupt isn’t going to play well before hitting re-tweet he can’t be trusted with the post button anymore. It’s tough to win a marathon when you shoot yourself in the foot every 100 yards.
Last time protesters planned on being at the Trump Rally 5% of them showed up. I really really doubt they even get 10 thousand.
It feeds his Crooked Hillary narrative. He doesn’t have to change anything to go after a different candidate had Hillary been forced to drop out. And the audio that came out from the director’s statement is amazing. They’re already cutting ads with her lying and Comey shooting her down like this one:

A person looking at that picture, seeing hidden meaning and taking offense isn’t going to vote for Trump anyway. I think his Twitter account is an asset.
Maybe if you’re still in primary mode. We’re in general election mode now, where it’s all about winning the independents.

When I see people saying Gary has no chance I go back to my youth and this commercial… 
Every terror/shooter/ISIS comment gets more and more support for this. He also didn’t say ban forever, he just wanted to prevent certain counties who have a history of violence and are on certain restricted lists already from migrating here until they fix the inbound process and find better ways to check and track people from all counties who are coming here and making sure they are actually leaving when they should. Immagtion here is a mess.

“Independents” are really just people with no in depth knowledge of the issues, otherwise they would have chosen a side by now. Those same people are not following things close enough to care or even know about an innocuous tweet that caused a handful to freak out.

Breaking News: Indiana Gov Mike Pence abandons re-election bid, basically assuring he is going to be announced as Trump’s VP pick tomorrow.
I’m pretty meh on this. He’s got a decent political experience resume to compliment Trump’s total lack of political experience but he’s got a lot of homophobic and tea party baggage.
Pence is a born-again Christian — he became one in college — and has put his religion in the foreground of his political persona.
“For me it all begins with faith; it begins with what matters most, and I try and put what I believe to be moral truth first. My philosophy of government second. And my politics third,” Pence said in a 2010 appearance on the Christian Broadcasting Network.
Pence’s strong Christian identity could help shore up support among evangelicals for Trump. It’s a group critical to any Republican nominee’s chances.

He’s trying to get the Evangelical vote out, if that happens, he wins. Reagan did the same thing. Lol can somebody explain to me this “oh he’s a homophobe” nonsense? If somebody finds something to be disgusting and not morally correct, how does that constitute “mortal fear of homosexuals”? Fear and disgust are completely different things. It just plays into the liberal mantra of if you don"t have the same exact belief of something as they do, you are a moron, should have your rights taken away, forced to convert your beliefs, are on the wrong side of history, and intellectually and morally less sophisticated.
Lets be clear, the problem with things like gay marriage etc for most Christians is not the actual certificate etc, but that these people dont care for your rights and try to force people to change their views on whether it is ok or not etc. You can screw somebody till your dick falls off for all i care, but if you try to force me and my kids to say and believe that what you are doing should be accepted and applauded, then we have a problem. And I am not one to just take it in the rear.

Thank you for stating this. I think it’s what I’ve been trying to convey to others for quite some time.
The government doesn’t legislate morality. They legislate laws. And “Most christians” still keep voting to make gay marriage illegal. Congress doesn’t give a shit what your kids think, they legislate whether it is legal…why vote for people who want to keep it illegal when you don’t have a problem with it? They’re not saying you have to applaud it, they’re saying you have to tolerate it.
Also, taking someone’s rights away because they don’t have the same exact belief as you has been a conservative policy forever. Conservatives love to try to legislate THEIR morals onto everybody else.

Have you been under a rock these past few years? The democratic party is the party leading this attempt at “social change” and anybody who has any other views are shunned, ridiculed etc. They ARE trying to legislate what people believe in, not to mention the majority of the news organizations licking their asses while they do it. They have turned everything into a shitshow. From Bill meeting with the AG , to a Justice coming out with an oped on Trump. Whether it’s fear of losing your job etc many people have to shut up or be labeled a homophobe, anti women etc. The leading voices that are trying to push all of this are the Democratic politicians. Don’t tell me government doesn’t legislate morality. If I have to close my business in order to keep living a life I consider to be moral, that’s not lwgislating morality?
