Trying to take out oil pan/ help???

my 1992’s rusty nuts are all rusted so now i cannot lift the engine up to take the oil pan off.
if i undo the engine mounts and the sway bar in the front i should have access to get it out and put the new one in.
but like i said all of my nuts on the how can i remove these PITA nuts off the engine mounts and sway bar.
if i add heat wont it fuck up the rubbers on it? plz help me somebody??
