It’s funny that he’s pointing out the fact that the guy being sarcastic doesn’t know what he’s talking about… If he actually tried to learn something instead of bashing people who are trying he wouldn’t have that problem.:poke:
:word: That guy’s a jerk. He obviously didn’t know what he was talking about since he asked about learning the background fundamental theory behind using the piece of equipment he wants to buy. He should take this thread seriously.
Anyhow, forget CAD. I’ve been thinking about buying a Blade server. Anyone want to teach me file sharing?

you lost me here
i know you aren’t referring to me not knowing how to tune an engine. lol
true, im just sayin it seems like the kid worked hard on the car and he has video to prove how fast it is and i would be a little upset if someone said that about my car if i had put that much work into it.
edit—>This was a response to zerodaze btw eesti just beat me to the punch lol
but you didn’t build it; he did. i believe he can take care of himself.
edit 2:
how about a bit of useful.
read these cover to cover, and then reread them
and then get AEM certified
break a couple of your engines before charging people for your services.
then you can be sweet like me and quit tuning because most of the people you tune think its something they can learn overnight. then you will spend your days posting write ups in the ny speed tech section about this very same subject.

i still have my box with all my software on it. i will rent it to you for 500 per hour for you to train people with
to the guy asking where to learn CAD to use a CNC…wrong program. you need to learn CAM or something of that genre…you need to learn the coding, not the rendering.

I was playing off this thread, referring to Fry. A guy comes on here asking for help, and gets ripped on. Sucks, that’s all…

yes i would
on that note, i REALLY want to start headlining on a national concert tour, anyone know a good guitar i could buy to do this ?
but to be serious, a dyno is just a tool that simulates real world driving (oversimplified i know) … learn to sucessfully tune on the street before you go buying a dyno … because cleaning engine oil and rod fragments out of your 150k dyno will realy make you want to shoot yourself in the head

the ostrich is nice, and the new one is like 1/3 the size of the old one (it was a monster)
it is a must have if you plan to tune your own car. it will save you a ton of time.

haha. I bet you anything hell buy it. I put my money on it. AND I GOT PLENTY OF IT
so yeah MR Fry. STOP HATING ON THE KID.
The question was…
do anyone knows any school around to learn how to tune cars?
ok PUMPKIN…
ITS PRETTY SIMPLE. IF YOU DONT KNOW THE ANSWER, DONT FUC8ING REPLY. KEEP YOUR STUPID COMMENTS TO YOURSELF.
wouldnt it be cheaper/easier to just learn on the street and rent dyno time if it is needed?
it just doesnt seem like an ideal move at this point in the game

ugh… :violin2:
its a trial and error thing has it been mentioned many times around, you go to some one that is good, become there apprentice and learn from them, try on your own vehicles, go through X amount of motors, and once you stop blowing your shit up tune your friends shit.
and if he has the money to dump on a dyno, why the fuck is his CRX in the 11’s only
Here my new thread:
Does anyone one know of a school that will teach me to TT a Gallardo, I mean I have the cash lying around.
