Turbo Exhaust Leakage..could use a pointer

OK, so after careful observation I have found two hefty leaks on my turbo setup.
1st - Along the #4 cylinder exhaust port connecting to manifold. It is a new gasket. (A thick one cardboard I think) I Think the manifold may not be true? Suggestion on manifold truing or fix? Maybe different gasket or double up?

2nd - The square metal gasket that connect the turbo to the manifold(T3). Any recommendations for this stuff.

BTW- 4 months now and no problems yet w/ the turbo setup. Except these leaks.

Are the bolts in that area tightened down like the other bolts? What is the condition of the gasket? If u can’t notice anything, u might just wanna take the manifold off to get a closer look at the gasket.

Gasket = ok Bolts = tight, but not torqued

I know sometimes if u overtighten a bolt, u can cause a gasket to “warp”…Which could jeopardize the air tight seal. Just a thought…
