I really need some input, but it seems like there is too much to type. I’ll try to lay down some facts.
HARDWARE:
blow through MAF
copper plugs
630CC pencil style injectors
Tuning: greddy emanage
Problems:
Hunts at idle
cuts out at the cam switchover point
Misfires
Lean and walking airfuel ratio
I am going to do a boost leak test today to check for leaks. I bypassed the emanage and even with the larger injectors the car still behaves erratically at idle. I am going to try and put the stock injectors back in today i think/hope, but the plugs are different, but oh well.
The fact that it cuts out at cam switchover is odd, because there is a fuel cut that is temperature based… hmmm
plugs fouled from massive amounts of oil being dumped int othe intake?
gummed up TPS? erratic tps signal?
is it only stumbling at idle? IAC?

but anyway…double…triple…quadruple all ur conenctions…and do the boost leak test like u mentioned
First thing for me would be boost leak test. Fill it up to 15 psi, see how long it takes to leak to 10 psi. should be 20-30 seconds if your #1 cyl is @TDC.
clean the maf, mine was the same way. go grab a can of electric parts cleaner from radioshack and clean the maf as it probalby has oil residue on it from when you blew oil past your seals as i did, i have nearly the same turbo with the same problem recently solved. clean your maf and TPS, and take off your charge pipe and see what lies at the bottom of the intake manifold, mine was all gummy so i took it off and cleaned it out, then replaced plugs and cleaned my sensors and double checked all wiring, now its running like a top again.
I carry an actual MAF cleaner here at NAPA. That works great for cleaning any electronics.
i sconged a can of “electro-wash” from work. i’ll give that a shot.

he prolly has oil on a good percentage of electrical parts from his oil seal issue…like Focus said he needs to clean everything and could have possibly gotten oil on it
