Ya know, if you’d change your mind on a black car there are way more too choose from. They are popular for sure.

I also checked detroitracing, fastlsx and a few others and didn’t find anything that I thought you would like. I’ll keep an eye out. Also, what about an LT1 roller car? I found a few of those in good shape, especially a white one in NC with TTII’s on it.

that second one is actually the one im about to pull the gun on…lol

im just waiting to get the insurance situation finalized. i’ve been talking to the owner of it… i’d rather pay that to get a real clean roller that isn’t a project. i could have that thing running in under a week. i just refuse to dump anymore money into this out of my wallet. then ill clean the blue car back up equipped with tubs, a cage, and paint :slight_smile:

mike is selling a 99 Z28 too if your interested, its not a roller, but its a good price. black ttops 6 speed, prolly all things your not looking for.

Everything is good except for the black color. As an owner of a black car myself, they kind of suck, lol. They get dirty too easy and they are WAY TOO POPULAR. Every other car I looked at today was black, it was getting annoying, lol.

the turbo ls1 became charcoal. lol. well kind of…

joel said it lol, black is nice but NOT FOR ME. i just did not have the patience for it, hence why i changed the color. i will be hard pressed to ever own a black car again, unless i have the means to pay for regular details.

the blue car will become more track oriented, but im in no real rush for that. i will pick at it here and there, and the end product will be real nice fo sho :slight_smile:

the my drivetrain is all good… well for the most part. the green car would be a quick swap wham bam thank you mam.

the blue car would be something i’d pick at here and there. something to do for when im bored… so yes i guess that would be a project, but with no real “urgency”. i could see that one taking until late 2009, spring 2010.

afterall, im not even into this stuff that much anymore…lol. ill probably get it done and say… “why the hell did i just do this?”…ugh

I always liked green LT1s. Used to see a pretty cool one around a few years ago. But don’t see a lot of them around much.
