thing is, there is no way to catch them. impossible for a cop car, or cop motorcycle for that matter. they can just rip anywhere.

im pretty sure if you can get a DWI on a bicycle. Hitting something with a dirtbike is a chargeable ofence. too.
it wont take long for the goverment to require registration and insurance on dirtbikes down there. it only takes a few lawsuits.
all it takes is one to make it big.
