Actually, it was BASED on a government sample, but I added a lot to it and removed some of the stupid wordiness to it. I think this one is much more readable than that sample it came from.

For the name stuff, all we need is the NUANS? No other registration check on names? I guess you could just ask the dudes at the registers.
Actually the NUANS is the only one you need because it’s the most comprehensive. They check both the provincial and federal databases to see if you’ve got the same name as someone else - which shouldn’t be a problem in our case.
Just to check, we want to search for “Nissan Enthusiasts Car Club”, right? I’d like to make sure I walk in there and ask for the right stuff.
