i can meet someone before or later that night to sign but i cant make that time.
I get off school at 3 about 2 bocks aways. I could be there at 3:10.

Seems like a good enough time to me. I think the Prez and Treasurer should definately sign the papers, however - and Jared said he couldn’t make it.
