I grew up about an hour from there so maybe I’m a little biased, but I certainly wouldn’t make it a vacation destination.
Great if you want to learn french, hate Americans and anyone who doesn’t think Quebec should be it’s own country. If that doesn’t appeal to you I’d look somewhere else for a vacation.
