I’m from the school of thought of if you have a phone for a year and a half, and you use it so much that its worn out, the buttons aren’t working right on it, etc.
Then the phone company should replace it because a 189 dollar cell phone should last more than 18 months.
If she wanted to buy another cell phone for 189 dollars, I would have told her to just terminate the contract and pay the 175 dollar termination fee, and sprint would have given her a free phone to start a 2 year contract with them.
The fact that every customer in the store was pissed off might be a signal that they aren’t doing something right.
