What happened

that’s from a chemical warehouse place thingy called protec (obviously). i used to drive truck and remember using that to chock my wheels. perhaps kids or whatever took it from the place.

There is also a company called Protec towing… were they maybe trying to lift your car and didn’t want it to roll?
