dies off when you let off gas. You have a vacuum leak. Plug all your hoses back in.
Yeah doesn’t sound like your engine is shot. Could be a vacuum leak, or plugged cat, bad o2, most likely cause that i have seen for car dieing when letting off the gas is actually the alternator being bad. I would definately do a compression test if you haven’t already. If the compression test is good then your problem is elsewhere.
I dont’ know need to bring it to a mech and check…
man, if u wanna spend 2500 with labour, i advise you dont do the swap at all…save ure money, wait till u have 4-5k, and do it once properly rather then three times shit …
yeah I agree with Varun, if you can’t come up with the money to do a “1 time only swap” just forget about doing it now and save up, or learn to do the swap yourself.
Your car from the pics don’t look like a lemon, so I am pretty sure you don’t want your swap to be a lemon.
