My dad and I have just gone through a really rough experience with this “company” in the last three days right after getting into a front end collision, and I would like to simply warn everyone here to stay away from this company in order to make sure that no one else has to go through the same thing. If they ever offer you service after an accident or car problem, please decline and call a reputable and legitimate towing company to help you instead.
They keep your car hostage, they are completely unreliable and do not return your phone calls, they stall for time in order to make you pay for extra time, they tow your car before waiting for you to tell them where you want it brought, they have no website or office; only a guy with a cellphone.

to clear things up a little bit for you… ( i used to work for atantic. and now i hooked my nephew with lyons.) when accident appears its who ever that got to you first 's call to tow it. (first on a scene, first one to talk to customer).
not that many chasing company will have website
on top of it… even if they stall time… man… your insurance pays for it… (you smash your car your insurance go up no matter what… so why not just let it flow)
they will tow your car with out asking where its going to cause they have to keep it in their lot (pound)
but yes… that bossman at executive is pain in the ass to get hold of… even for the empolyees…
welcom to the world of tow truck… they have their own time lines, and they hate picking up the phone calls… cause telus mike plain is only good for miking… if you make incom/outgoing calls… your bills skyrockets.
who ever you go to… chasers will be a chaser… cant change that yo.
y is that happy… your insurance company do pay for it. and your rate will go up due to the collision. on top of that you can not call CAA for accident anyway

You sound like a PR rep for the company haha WTF u talking about? What if they didn’t go through insurance? Even if they did it doesn’t matter insurance or not what makes the tow trick drivers time worth so much more than the CUSTOMER, the customer might need his car back asap to get into a shop.
Attitudes like this give the towing industry a shitty rep they are already considered scum and vultures by most people ruins it for the good tow drivers.
It wont stop because they clear the road ways faster than a more legit service will ever be able to do it.
That said, the entire chasing industry is based on fraud. It isnt that they dont want to answer the phones, they are intentionally ignoring people so that they can increase the bill… and no, insurance does not always pay for it… and even if that were the case that is not the purpose of insurance and chasing drives everyones rates up.
Now there is the A/B fraud side of it that is even worse. In fact, almost everyones insurance rates will be increasing in Ontario by 10-20% in the next year or so and your coverage will go down. It is because of A/B fraud, chasing etc. etc.
You have the right to have who YOU want to tow your vehicle…regardless…end of story-it does not matter who shows first it is at YOUR descretion to choose-and for the record why the fuck should you insurance company get screwed by the vultures-thats why they want so much for premiums-cause they are getting screwed too-I live in Muskoka and lived in the GTA for 25 years and its just plain fact you get fucked in the city
in a perfect world that is the case however more often than not depending on the location of the accident the cop WILL have to clear the road asap and you are stuck with whoever shows. They cannot let you wait 45 mins for your CAA tow to show up. You might have a choice if 2 chasers show up but that’s not much of a choice if you don’t know ABC companyto XYZ it’s all the same shit.

when your car gets crunched you tell the chaser where to bring it, he doesnt just get to bring it to his yard.’
the new bread of chasers are failures at life from woodbridge with daddy’s money needing a quick solution to satisfy the parents during the day so they can go to luxy club during the night.
yeah thats why even if your first on a scene but other guy who came in after me talks to the person first and gets a tow eh? if you get to the customer first and get them to sit in the truck or call 911 if they cant move around its your call.

If a tow truck driver even tried to hook up my car I would smash his face in. I hate them, they are all vultures. I’ll push my car over to a point where its safe and wait for CAA KTHXBYE
Edit: If my car broke down on the highway i’ve never waited longer than 20min for CAA. They put you directly to the front of the line. But if you blocking lanes or its a snow storm, then theres not much you can do. Just ask the tow truck driver to tow you to the nearest parking lot.
try doing that with your kneck snaped out. plus do you know what really brings the insurance up in general?
IT’s some of those scum bag mother fuckers who pulls scam against the insurance. claiming a disabilty and shit because you got into a simple accident. im not sain all of you guys are doing it. but there is more then a handfull of people doing that shit. bet you that you have handfull of people doing that in your nebihour hood strip alone.
if you ve been injured soooo bad , and cant even work. you shouldnt be able to drive around eating sushi, drinking beer right?
oh i forgot. even if your kneck snaped out and somehow your a macho man enough to push it off to the side that could only only and maybe happen in local road.

If your neck snapped in the event of the accident, the last thing you would be worrying about is some fraud towing, so bringing that type of situation into this thread is just …
In any fucked up car accident, you would most likely be able to push or pull the car to the side ( 60-70km/hr or less), if it was serious enough that the car wouldn’t move, well then the police would already be there, and you would have no choice but to get it towed. Moreover, I have been to several accident scenes, and even with the police officer trying to push some stupid tow guy on u, you can get your own tow guy to come pick it up, you would have to pay the chaser to pull it off the road and on to the side though. Chaser’s don’t have no fucking right to tow ur car away anywhere. If they did, i would report it stolen, because that is just bullshit.
