Weather control is the act of manipulating or altering certain aspects of the environment to produce desirable changes in weather. Weather control can have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hurricanes or tornadoes, from occurring; of causing beneficial weather, such as rainfall in an area experiencing drought; or of provoking damaging weather against an enemy or rival, as a tactic of military or economic warfare. Weather modification in warfare has been banned by the United Nations.
Definitely something we shouldn’t be messing with.
Look at hurricanes. People cry about the damage to homes they probably shouldn’t have built there in the first place and wish we didn’t have hurricanes. Then we have a period of a few years where the east coast doesn’t get much hurricane activity and northern Florida and Georgia end up with water usage bans because their reservoirs went dry.
Humans need to learn to adjust to the weather, not expect to adjust the weather to them. And as unpopular as it sounds that means not rebuilding cities that are surrounded on three sides by water and built below sea level, or paying through insurance to continue rebuilding beach front mansions because a hurricane keeps flooding them or knocking them down.
Adam curry talks about this once in a while on the Noagendashow.com.
Great podcast by the way. He also talks about some other of the wall ideas like chemtrails, and an earthquake machine. Highly entertaining though, I listen to every episode.
FYI the last large scale could seeding was done by the Chinese before the Olympic games so that it wouldn’t rain during the events… It didn’t quite work…
