Xmas was a mess for me, displaced in my own home with nothing in it but my mattress and dogs, unable to cook, depressed and it sucked. put on ~3-4lbs in 2 weeks. moved into the new place finally… big mess. the buyer for my house made the blotter… he went on a 4 day bender after release and missed closing b/c he was drunk and didn’t know what day it was. closed Xmas eve but spent a week with all my belongings in the new house and not allowed to be in the house due to restricted early occupancy not allowing anything but our crap in the house. FML/

The suspect in the theft of an antique long gun from the Holland Land Office Museum didn’t get far, before the long arm of the law caught up with him.
55-year-old Frank Bieniek of Alden is behind bars, without bail this morning.
Batavia Police say Bieniek stole the gun yesterday afternoon. A citizen said Bieniek left the museum with the gun hidden under his coat. The alert citizen followed the suspect, called police with a license number, and that left to Bieniek’s arrest less than a block away.
The antique gun was recovered. It is valued at over $3,000.
yeah, i had planned for it to stop at xmas, then we fryed another bird for new years, and ect ect. Back on track now.
I want to drop 20lbs over the next 2 months minimum.
Started June 28th, 200 days in and -99.7 lbs this morning. As a numbers guys I am putting std rounding into effect and celebrating the 100 tonight.
Ok, here is my situation. Right now I’m kinda on the way what I want diet. I lift weights about 1x a week do to my busy schedule. Im currently at 207lbs from 185 a year ago. However the catch is I’m the strongest I’ve ever been right now and I’m always strongest when I’m heavy. however every time I diet I end up losing alot of muscle and like stated earlier I feel super weak. I don’t really like the way I look at this weight however I like the strength I have. This is a huge dilemma. I want to continue to get strong, but id like to cut the fat. Especially on the stomach and waste line. Now I have no problem dropping weight cause I do it every year, I just like to not lose the energy and muscle this time.
lift more, eat clean. body starts eating itself if you diet/cut caloric intake too much, and won’t add muscle if there’s not enough in the tank. eat more often, and keep it lean and clean. try to work in 3+ shorter workouts a week and up your protein intake as well.
Do to work and daughter its really hard for me to get to the gym more then once or twice a week. Not really sure what I can easy that is leaner and healthier. I can’t stand chicken, and ham steaks are starting to get old.
tuna (albacore from a can or ahi seared or raw), salmon, roast beef, boneless pork chops, dump garbanzo beans on everything, or make it into some hummus, dairy/whey proteins such as cottage cheese or up your milk intake, suppliment caloric intake with protein shakes at the right times like when you first wake up, or right before bed, preferably low carb and no sugar. 20 minutes with some resistance bands , light dumbells and some ab planks in the evening will get the blood moving enough to get the muscles back up and moving. Cut/limit carbs out of your diet after lunch, no french fries or baked potatoe with your steak, no pastas if you can avoid it. It’s all simple, just hard to make a change in habbits once you’ve been in the groove for so long.
yea, i was at about 230lbs about 6 yrs ago eating junk food and fast food every day all day, then i said enough is enough and went cold turkey onto a strict 2000calorie 20g fat per day allowance. i cut carbs completly, and after the 1rst week i droped close to 7lbs then every week after that i dropped roughly 10lbs a week. thats a shit ton of weight being shed, with in a month i shed nearly 50lbs and it was almost absessive having control over what i ate. when i hit 180lbs after 1 month i stopped and decided to eat normal again but i continued to drop the weight down to 170 . after a few months my body stabalized and seamed happy around 180ish lbs. even though i dropped all the weight i lost alot of strength and muscle. now everyyear aroun now i burn 10-15lbs that i gained from the whole year of eating whatever, but i remember last year being the most difficult to lose the weight. it appears that the older i get (28yrs old now) the harder it gets to shed the weight from only dieting. hopefully this time around i can try to focus it a little better and come out with a leaner body and more muscle and strength to boot./
I get up early to make time for the gym, if you try to sneak in @ lunch or after work… you know as well as I do, it’s not gonna fuckin’ work, car’s suck and it guarantees you’re never going to get out of work consistently most of the time. I’ve upped my caloric intake some after the holidays, put on ~4lbs and leveled out @ 230lbs, but upped my bench almost 50lbs at the same weight, and put on a ton of mass post haste just in the past two weeks. few more weeks or a month and I’m going to switch into a cut, cycle caloric intake again and get jamming back on cardio some more and up my spin classes from 1-2x a week to a minimum of 2 and try for 3-4x and get the heart going and knock off some more of this fat. I’m down almost 6 inches around the waist to a 34 and shortly a 32 from the portly 40 when I was @ 270… and this was just over a year ago.

hahaha just lmk when. If you run enough you can eat just about anything you want! I just ate chicken finger pizza and wings for breakfast. Mmmmm I am about 183lbs right now. About to start training for the full marathon just need to pick which one I want to run.

ummm I was sick lol. I just ran 7 miles and am now enjoying a turkey club. Running is fun and relieves stress. You deff need that ya hater.
Been lifting a bit lately, and for the first time in a month or so I jumped on the scale… I’m up about 10 lbs since last year. (5 lbs are within the past 2 months id imagine)
Lifes good… just need to put on about 5-10 more lbs of muscle and I’ll be content.
