Weird Clutch Problem (pedal)

Well, I’ve been breaking in the clutch and i’ve driven about 500kms so far, anyways, the clutch pedal felt great at first and i had no issues. However, i lost pressure in the clutch pedal out of nowhere and we bled the clutch again. (There were bubbles in there)

Anyways, after bleeding it, the clutch pedal feels very different now, it feels stiff when the pedal is approaching the last 2 inches to the floor. After that, it feels weird and mushy. Could my master be leaking? I checked the lines and they seem fine, the Slave is brand new as well. I also have a stainless braided clutch line. We bled it a lot too.

Oh yeah, and now when I shift, it seems as though there’s some lag in the way the clutch engages. Like 0.5 to 1 second of lag.

It has a brand new oem Throw out bearing. Brand new pilot bearing. Brand new pivot.

Did I fuck something up? (If so, why did it take so long for something like this to happen?)

Anyone have any experiences?
