OP for what its worth… there is easily $1200 in damage there.
Call your insurance, file a claim (hopefully your deduct isnt high like $1000 or somthing). then give them the police report (hopefully you got one at the time) and let them argue with the wash. Thats all you can do.
Depending on your deductible amount and the cost for parts our price VS the prices paid out on the adjustment for the insurance claim, if we do the work at my shop I can help you out and get some of your deductible put back in your pocket.

Just got back from Hoffman’s after getting an estimate at Neals like JVG recommended , they said they’ll meet me at half way on my $570 repair bill.

The last touchless car wash I’ve been to, thankfully not in my car, seemed to be using wheel cleaner to wash the cars, or atleast it smelled like it, and it ended up fucking up the plastic trim on the car.
Uh… I have never had that happen before.
Pretty sure touchless washes don’t offer a wheel cleaner (tire wet) option.
