Looks like a real nice home.
It looks very well maintained on the inside and outside. Check on the sellers utility bills. That will give an indication of how good the insulation is ect.
No woodburning fireplace though?(from what I can see)
Maybe it’s because I’ve lived in the sticks my whole life, but I would never buy a house without a woodburning fireplace. The amount of heat they churn out for next to no cost is incredible.
