Any job that when you wake up you’re not bitching about going to…that, or being successful in porn has many benefits.
IT’S A FUCKING POLL YOU DICKS…
lol
Salary - cause you always know what you’re gonna make
no ups and downs
Depends on the worker.
If you have someone who works their ass off then anything commission based as prob a better option. Also they have the opportunity to make a lot of money as opposed to a set amount which might not be as much.
set salary is a lot more secure and makes life easier for planning finances. I’m at the point where I would take this option.
which I answered…
I just explained why :gotme:
set salary…more secure. I’d rather know what i was making every week/year rather than have it all depend on certain circumstances, with commission you are never guaranteed a certain amount.
Salary. Predictability and stability financially is a good thing.
salary. i like to be financially secure thank you very much
:word: Funny…I just had this conversation during lunch. Salary is great until you have yours eyes set on buying something and if you don’t get overtime it makes it difficult to earn it. When I ran my own business I was all commission which was great because if I wanted more money I simply had to work harder. Now, if I work harder it doesn’t do anything to my paycheck. Both have advantages but in the end salary is more secure.
I personally think salary jobs suck until you get into the executive level and you can get bonus’ that exceed your salary, which I guess would be base + commission…so basically fuck set salary work.
i would say base but commision as well…i mean they all have advantages and drawbacks but overall i would do base and commision.
you dont need to be at the executive levle to get bonuses that exceed your salary… i think thats only in buffalo.
please tell me what 40K/yr job (well 70K for you NYCers) gives out bonuses exceeding that pay? And the more I think of that…the more that’s considered base + commission…
None of the above.
Self employment >*
That is the best for me.
100% commission in other words.
Not exactly, I get paid either way.
Edit: Bonus = commision for me I guess you could say.(sort of)
Commision is typically sales based but bonus is profit based.
