What do you guys do to fall asleep?

On your back with lumbar support= not bad. Side lying with the correct bolstering is ideal.

I deal with people every week who sleep on their back, and regardless of what some people seem to think, it’s not a good position to sleep in unbolstered. But let’s be real here, no one actually uses any support unless they are told to do so.

edit- 02svt- check speedracer’s edit. is your curvature from slouching (hyperkyphosis) or is it a scoliosis?
