What fun and realistically priced 4dr cars can you think of?

^^ Of course!!

We’ll see though.

I have plans for the legacy, maybe it can satisfy my drift bug lol

A friend of mine picked up an Evo8 with a shit transmission and some mild body damage for $12.5k (USD). It happens.

Ok, I’m looking into larger sedans that are fun to drive.

For some reason, I’m thinking about the G35, MS6 and maybeeeeeee Acura TSX?

I just want something bigger and has the cornering capabilities so I can rip up some on-ramps once in a while.

hrmmmmm.

I know everyone says the MS6 engine isn’t the greatest, but I’d get drivetrain warranty forever for sure lol. I love how it’s so big.

HELP ME SON!

I personally love the TSX, but I can’t get over the fact that it’s resale is stupidly high. You cannot get a decent one for under 15k, and you can get a lot of really kick ass cars in the same price range as it. The damn thing barely depreciates.

You are looking at fun to drive sedans and two out of your top three are FWD?

I don’t follow your logic…

I’m not sure if you know, but the MS6 is 4wd.

Only car on my list that’s FWD is the tsx.

It’s based on the FWD setup, it still drives like FWD garbage. Not to mention the like 8 piece driveshaft underneath it is a NIGHTMARE, and the pathetic diff.

Wait – why do you want 2 large fun sedans? Doesn’t the Legacy fulfill your 4-door needs?

Acura 3.2 TL Type S

For real! Gangster car. COMFORTABLE. Pretty damn quick. Handle very well for a FWD.

I HATE FWD. So, this should stand for something.

They are also fairly reliable!

I guess you haven’t really driven one but I have.

I personally tracked a MS6 at dunnville and I got the entire car to get sideways with ease and kept it that way. I’ve done A LOT of drifting when owning a 240 and my driving style fully compliments that of a RWD car and the MS6 definitely did not feel like one. Didn’t feel the slightest characteristic of FWD, but I guess that is also because of the slight suspension mods (swaybars & koni shocks).

I do agree that the MS6 stock, does drive like crap but what OEM car doesn’t?

If you mod the suspension slightly, it definitely does not handle like FWD garbage. I was keeping up with s13s with 230whp and other subaru’s as well.

Thinkining of trading the Legacy. It’s a little too small.

My 3yr old constantly kicks my drivers seat because of the lack in space. Baby seats take up a TON of space.

LOL Get this Evo!! Check it out >>> http://www.toronto-subaru-club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126229
It should fulfill all of your desires. Just get a roll cage.
Lol, just kidding but for the price, it’s a really good deal.

I wouldn’t touch a built car just because there’s too much work that could potentially go wrong.

Driven more than one, and built one with a 35R.

G8 GT with a 6spd. lots a room and power. l really like those cars. puts flame suit on.

peace

Going to look into this!

I stand corrected then.

How are the Audi S4s?

That is something that would interest me as well in your list of cars.

Slower than M5’s (yes I’m biased). It’s not a car I personally enjoyed by I see no need for an underpowered oversized AWD Sedan

S4s are garbage. Extremely nose heavy and handle worse than fwd cars like the TSX. Maintenance is a bitch and their engine bay is so cramped. The whole front end of the car needs to be removed just to change the timing belt. They also have a million ball joints with aluminum arms so most of the time, you have to buy a whole new control arm when a ball joint goes.

What Yr M5s should I be looking at and how are they for reliability, gas mileage and maintenance?
