my guess is it isn’t a fishable waterway, generally places like that aren’t disclosed to the public. I know of a few large resevoirs up north that aren’t even on maps.
edit - and taco’s right, the shape of it isn’t smooth or continous, see how it’s all jagged? Quarry pond would be my guess too, another guess would be they don’t want you fishing there lol
Here’s a nice lake you could try in Virginia. There’s even a nice barge you can fish off of. If you hear a bunch of sirens go off, it’s nothing to worry about. Just ignore them and keep on fishing… :eek3:
I remember 2 very nice huge lakes out near washington that were private and you weren’t allowed to have a boat on em. great fishing though if you like to walk
that is correct. i forget what plant owns it, but they use it to dump their fly-ash there. i used to ride my bike all through their property. lots of fun spots and the dam is really cool. but that was back in the day.
to the op your not gonna find any fish there…
Toxic dump in an huge water source? That doesn’t make any sense. The EPA and the DEP would be all over that.
I mean it could be contaminated, but this isn’t an episode of the A-Team or Walker Texas Ranger where some tycoon is dumping the waste from his plant in a lake.
