Honestly tho. She employer has a responsibility to make a comfortable working atmosphere. If she brought it up and they look past this issue again, they can come under fire legally for not responding to a complaint about harassment from an employee. If the next email she writes does not do anything and fix the situation, she should go to the schools HR office.

My Fiance just got a bunch of txt messages from one of her friends who she used to casually date a while ago… Not the “let’s talk”, etc; but the “come over so I can make love to you”; let’s go in the hot-tub; when do you get outta work, etc.
She’s told him to stop multiple times, ignored him; he KNOWS she’s getting married in 2 months, and that shortly after that we’re starting a family… but he just doesn’t get it.
This just happened this morning, (she told me about it right when it happened of course); and I want to just go kill this kid… he just doesn’t get the go-away hint. She said she’s going to go talk with him either over the phone or face-2-face and tell him to “go-away”… if that doesn’t work I’m in a similar boat to you…

No. I’m just kidding. When creepy dudes hit on me at work, I just tell him off. She just has to be a little bit rude, and I think he’ll get the point. Not rude to where she’ll get fired, but rude like, ignoring him when he’s trying to talk to her, walking away, leaving the room, walking over to a coworker and discussing what is going on.
Or blatantly tell him to leave her alone.
I’d confront him about it if she’s asked him repeatedly to leave her alone.
I had a problem with my ex like that a few years ago. Some douche at her work kept fucking with her after she turned him down. She called me the one day crying that he said some really stupid shit to her.
I drove over there and confronted the kid. I wanted to rip his throat out, but couldn’t help but laugh when his lip started quivering :lol: He never messed with her again after that
