What about a mazdaspeed6 GT? Leather, sunroof, fairly quick, sleeper and great DD. Not as fast as an STI/Evo but a little more luxury feeling compared to just sporty. Canāt be very expensive to grab up a used one with low mileageā¦
Both a Speed6 or Speed3 would be a good choice, I agree.
They do hold their value well, though, so low mileage might be tough in his price range.

i would say G35 for something that you donāt plan to mod too much. Although they are modable. But an S2k if you plan on doing a good deal or spirited driving and maybe a few track days.
