91-93 SR’s had staged fuel cut, injectors start getting cut ~7300, all injectors out by 7500, iirc.
not sure about KAs, RBs, later SRs

if you want flames you need ignition ie bee-r / standalone but u should also gut the cat if your running rich u can get flames also

Most stock computers are fuel cut. Spark cut is bad for the head of the engine causes external heat outside of the cylinders when the fuel ignites. Only aftermarket units cut spark. But when the engine still hits its fuel cut point it will cut the fuel. Unless you have a standalone which is programmed to only cut spark.
