Gold Firebird- Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 with K&N HP 2006 filter to extend capacity to 6 quarts
White Firebird- Mobil 1 High Mileage 10w-40 (going to stay with what Justin has been using) and switching over to the K&N HP 2006 filter
Or the guys that buy synthetic and change it MORE frequently than petroleum. :ham:
For those interested, here’s a link to a free oil sample collection kit. You then send it to the lab for analysis for $22.50. Over the next year I am going to test my oil twice. Once at 3k and once at 10k miles. That way I will know if I’m really waiting too long by going 10k miles.

I’ve used a service before, not this one though. It found a bearing problem I had in a 200sx.
I drain after usually 2 events, though it depends on how long they are. Sometimes after one.
