i did have one bad incident in amherst. dropped slo84ta off at his house 2 years ago and i was speed 55in a 40. cop was coming at me when he caught me. he slammed the breaks and turned so fast he almost hit me. pulls me over convo goes like this
officer: license and reg
me.here u go
o:why u nervous son
m: u almost hit me kinda caught me off gaurd
o:u going 75 in 40 caught me off gaurd.
m: thats not possible for me to be hitting 75 i just took off at that redlight this car would take days to hit 75
o: u think iam fucking laughinjg
m(iam fucked)
o: will u step out of the car
m:sure
Oplace ur hands behind ur back.
m: why are u arresting me.
o:iam detaining u why i search ur vehicle.
m: why are u searching my vehicle.
O: because ur on drugs
M:actually i quit doing drugs a year ago.
so he searches my car and finds nothing(mind u i was scared/partially excited first time in hand cuffs)
he then gave me a sobriety test when i passed the breathalyzer he started drilling me asking me if i did lines of coke or if i smoked a few blunts because i was acting funny.
at this point i said.
m:sir its 330 in the morning i hjave no drugs iam not on any drugs iam not drunk and u have no proof on me so please either take me to jail or let me go because i cannot drive tired i may have another car wreck
(then he asked me about the accident had me go wait in my car)
gives me a 65 in a 40. says have a nice day.( i swear i was going 55 iam stupid not illiterate)
now a police force i hate with a passion. sheriffs niagara and erie county. more so erie
i used to live down the road from a sheriff off suty he went a power trip because i passed him on my road (he was parked in the road wouldnt move so i drove through a field in my tercel didnt know the guy was a cop) long story short he boxed me in ripped me out of the car and begged me to hit him(i was 17 scared shitless) then he brought me home and told my mom i drove through 3 of my neighbors lawns.
