i did have one bad incident in amherst. dropped slo84ta off at his house 2 years ago and i was speed 55in a 40. cop was coming at me when he caught me. he slammed the breaks and turned so fast he almost hit me. pulls me over convo goes like this

he then gave me a sobriety test when i passed the breathalyzer he started drilling me asking me if i did lines of coke or if i smoked a few blunts because i was acting funny.

i used to live down the road from a sheriff off suty he went a power trip because i passed him on my road (he was parked in the road wouldnt move so i drove through a field in my tercel didnt know the guy was a cop) long story short he boxed me in ripped me out of the car and begged me to hit him(i was 17 scared shitless) then he brought me home and told my mom i drove through 3 of my neighbors lawns.

the date you go wont matter, it will be determined by the date of the infraction. trust me, ive been there.

doesnt matter. the dmv will look at it like its back then
example: i had points on my license, got a ticket in october of 02. didnt take care of it till august of 05. even though i had no points at that point in time, back then it would have been enough to suspend my license. sure enough month later i get a suspension notice. there were no points on my licese at the present cause they were backdated, so there was nothing i could do about it.
right i have 2 points on my license not 10 if i get 2 points for this it will be four but it will go back to two which i am comfortable with. which is even better because nowwhen i get the 2 i will already have time served u could say. in my immaturity i have been manipulating the court system for quite some time.

I don’t think it’s just Amherst BTW. State police were all over a road called Ocean Parkway this past Sunday morning on the way to the early morning cruise spot. It’s no ricer spot either, all old timers with their muscle cars and exotics, sort of like what they have in Cali but no JDM.
They weren’t just cruising along either, they were hiding between bushes and sand dunes and the radar in my dads Stang lit up every time. Mind you this is the one and only road that runs along the main south shore Long Island beaches.
so…last night, im driving down Transit taking my gf home. im doing within 2 mph of the speed limit, and i see an Amherst cop behind me. i don’t worry about it because i’m not doing anything wrong.
not too far after we cross N. French, he throws the lights on. wtf. so i pull over, get my license, reg and insurange stuff all together, and put the window down. i look in the mirror and see the cop walking up to me, all giddy looking like pulling me over just made his day. he walks up to my car, shines his flashlight on my window (which is still rolled up maybe 2-3") and his “im gonna get you good” look went away real fast. the following conversation ensued:
Officer: uhh…may i see your license please? i give it to him Officer: umm, where are you headed tonight? Me: i’m taking my girlfriend home. Officer: well, umm where does she live? Me: Lockport Officer: oh, well where are you coming from? Me: Transit bowling lanes. Officer: and you’re taking Transit to go back to go back to Lockport? Me: umm yeah? Officer: i see. well, i pulled you over because of your tinted windows. i look at my windows, which have no tint on them and are crystal clear, and look back at the cop Me: uh, ok? Officer: i saw your windows were tinted when you drive by me. so i pulled you over. i look at my windows again to make sure im not seeing things Me: well, one of your fellow officers pulled me over and wrote me a ticket for my tints about 3 weeks ago. Officer: yes, i saw that when I ran your plate. Me: and i took them off the next day and got the ticket dismissed because I didn’t want to get pulled over for tints anymore Officer: yeah, uhh well i suppose that was probably a good idea, wasnt it? Me: i would have thought so, but- cop interrupts me mid sentence, throw my license back at me Officer: well you’re free to go but cinsider this a warning!" cop walks back to his car, pulls a u-tun and speeds off going the other way
i think i made him feel like an idiot because he though he had me lol. im not sure what i could “consider this a warning” for, but oh well. I laughed about it.

i was thinking that…i want exhaust but its just one more reason to get pulled over. i’ve been driving for a little over 4 years now, and ive had this car for 2.5 months, and i’ve gotten pulled over MORE in the last 2 .5 months that i have n the last 4 years. maybe i should stick to trucks, they seem to attract less negative attention lol

loud exhaust isnt against the law in a domestic or a harley. only imports.
