What's the worst legal trouble you've been in?

Uhh about a month ago I charged with trespassing at HSBC. Spent two nights in jail. Got it reduced to 6 month ACD. Banned from HSBC until the ACD is done with. Ugh.

wtf is ACD

lots of speeding tickets, window tint. have another window tint pending right now that i have to go for. ticket for supposedly “failing to stop” at a stop sign in hamburg (i did stop). i think i’ve been pulled over about 12 times now, out of those 12 times, been ticketed 9 or 10.

I think i made a thread back in the day posting this story, but I’ll type it again.

Last day of class lets out i think my jr year of college, and on the 33 i’m playing around with an SS camaro…being complete idiots going in and out of traffic, a trooper was hiding around a bend…and nailed us both going about 90.

Cop has us pulled over and yells through his car speaker to turn off the vehicles…i do so, but the car stays running due to turbo timer so i freak and frantically slap at the timer to turn the car off.

He comes up to my car first…and says he’s not even going to ask if i know why he pulled me over, then proceeds to ask for my license/reg/ins etc.

The list he gives me goes something like this:

  • Imprudent speed.
  • Reckless endangerment.
  • Failure to signal lane changes.
  • Illegal exhaust.
  • No brake lights.
  • And the icing on the cake…a freshly expired license he was now holding (i had turned 21 about a month or so before this happened, so my “UNDER 21” license was no longer valid)

He disappears and goes and talks to the other driver for a bit…then goes in his car, and comes out with some paperwork. I was relieved to see that he didn’t take his cuff’s out yet.

He hands me a ticket for…an expired license. And says get the hell out of here and don’t let me catch you like that again. I go get my new license, go to court, and pay a $35 or so parking fine.

I have another story that involved a lot more potential legal trouble, with multiple felony charges and such, but the group that i was with and i created a believable story and all stuck to it, and there was no hard evidence so we all got off completely free. I really don’t feel comfortable though posting specifics on a public forum. Take me out drinking some time and ask about it, and i’ll probably tell the story…but that’s it.

2 counts of trespass. I went somewhere I shouldn’t have without thinking that it wasn’t public property. The DA could tell it was obvious that me and my buddies meant no harm and convinced Gruber to give us 6 month ACD’s.

adjournment in contemplation of dismissal. Stay clean for X number of months and it’s wiped from your record.

Counterfeited money when I was 17. Class C Felony.

I was young so they gave me Y.O. status.

Edit: Multiple misdermeanors for fighting.

Adjourned in Contemplation of Dismissal

Edit: ^^ beat me to it.

possession of stolen property
6 exhaust tickets in 2 days

Nothing I care to post on-line for everyone to see.

Top 3:

  1. 96 in a 55 in a work zone.
—reduced to 1110a (failure to obey traffic control device)

  2. Forgery/Theft of Services at a company which became my employer the following year for trying to get on a ski lift with no pass.
—dropped and forced to pay $32 fine to the company.

  3. 3rd degree assault/2nd degree harassment (happened beginning of 08 MPD was there)
—dismissed entirely except for $2700 in legal fees (which was later reduced to $1300)

Drug trafficking… human smuggling, nothing to bad.

Held at the border coming from Canada for a few hours. Wasnt a big deal, but have to admit, I looked suspicious as fuck;

-Driving a purple Chevy lumina
-Stash of $1 bills pouring out of the ashtray
-I’m soaking wet and it’s a sunny August day
-Black garbage bag in the back seat, water dripping out
-Hatchet/rope sitting in open view of the passenger floor
-Rear of the car sagging, lots of weight in the trunk
-Coming in to the US at a low traffic terminal
-When asked what my citizenship was, I had a blonde moment and said “Yes”

So I drove up to Quebec for the weekend to go white water rafting, paid a toll before the exit and I only had a $20 on me, shove the $1s in the ashtray (I dont smoke), back at the campground before I left, we all jumped in the water with our clothes on before leaving, and I had TONS of parts from a motorcycle in my trunk that was from a project I was working on, and moving to the new place I was living, didnt take it out because it wasnt top priority. I also got off the wrong exit leaving canada, bringing me to a pretty desert part of NY, where they probably give rectal exams to anyone who crosses.

None

I stand corrected

fags

-possession of stolen property
-couple speeding tickets
-seatbelt ticket
-underage drinking ticket which led to only 20 hrs community service that got signed off after 1 hour then 6 months acd

I got yelled at by a cop once for not wearing a helmet when i was riding my bike.

I don’t even know where to be begin. I’ll get back to this later
edit: there has been three separate occasions where I was giving 5+ tickets at one stop

I was accused of shop lifting when I was 6 years old.

On the 4th of july I was driving my moms car, while doing 70 in a 40, while drunk and 16, and blowing fire works off outside of the car. Only got a speeding ticket and reckless driving.

I got caught doing donuts in a school lawn, I was arrested, and at the time, I worked at that school district doing grounds work (summer job)
I was pulled for doing 90 in a 65, with a trailer, reckless driving, unsafe lane change, unsafe passing, operating out of restrictions (you can’t tow a trailer with a DJ license?) following too closely, failure to yield to a police officer

I ran from a cop, he was on my ass doing 140+ on the thruway for 10 minutes, I blew a turn and he caught me, 80 in a 65 (let off :))

Umm, 78 in a 45, evading arrest, no reg, no lisc, no insurance

oh, when I was 14 I was playing chicken in the road and it happened to be a cop. (that was a fun one)

never had any felonies and my only mistermenors were traffic related.
See, i’m actually a good kid.

hahahah your gonna need your own page
