what's your caffeine intake?

that’s what it is supposed to do. You lift and eat and then sleep so your body can build. If you don’t sleep right all of that time in the gym won’t be used to the fullest.

That kinda goes against the energy thing. If you need more energy and cant get the sleep you need, exercise is only hurting your situation :slight_smile:

Since my engineering days I have made major cut backs. I used to drink at least two mtn dews a day and sometimes 2 or 3 red bulls. Made me sick to my stomach to the point I thought I had an ulcer. Cut back to drinking a pop every once and a while and no red bull unless a migraine shows up.

i didn’t have any coffee today but i have had about 5 dt dews

i had 5 beers
