Ny strip steak with stuffing and potatoes or spagetti with some garlic bread.

Crumble and brown some extra firm tofu and a splash veggie oil in a pan.

Add a packet of taco mix

Fill your tacos with your favorite fixin’s

They are super good, higher in protein and lower in fat than ground beef tacos.

just made (for dinner) 2 over easy eggs, 5 pieces of bacon, onion/pepper hashbrowns, waffles, and 2 pieces of buttered toast!

chicken alfredo

They have it at wegmans in th emeat department in a little tin that you throw in the oven and bake, they are covered in some sauce and spices. I had they on my cruise ship, not to bad.

they usually leave those out but i’m sure you can ask for them? make yourself a nice feather hair piece while you wait for the chicken to cook.

they are literally $5 for a decent sized chicken and take about 75 minutes.

i cut slits in the skin and packed it full of garlic. i put fresh herbs inside and made a rub with rosemary etc w/ olive oil.

dan’s mom cuts up an orange and puts it inside.

oh and don’t forget to pull the giblets out from inside.

Beer can chicken is very tasty and not hard to do.

and then you can take the refrigerated chicken leftovers, throw them in a food processor with some miracle whip, celery, maybe some sweet or dill pickle, blend it up and have a chicken salad sandwich… mmm…

Any kind of pasta,easy and delicious.
