before you get mad ive goggled and researched, but am still lost on the offset i can run, and no-one on bscooby really answered.
so im looking at ordering the tenzo type m 18x8’s and im looking for the best offset that wont rub, but will stick out the most… (not looking to roll fenders)

My STI had 18X9JJ ET42… I ran a little camber.
moboost4u has some 18x8s on his sti, they are 5zigen gn 6 or something, look perfect for stock not rolled fenders you should pm him about the offset
Oh, I can’t help with an 08
right on ill msg him, and i think id rub 18 by 9’s too much… plus if i recall there a bit of a price jump
Moboost has an 04 or 05, the fitment is different.

I run 18x9 +35 offest right now.
Sounds like you’re rather be more flush than aggressive so stick to something like a 42 or 44 offset.

aggresive would be running a wide tire, something that would require suspension mods to pull off.
I wish I remembered what I researched when I had my 08 wrx… all I know is, before you do wheels, get a good strut/spring combo (koni/h&r), the 08 wrx come with weak ass struts and the springs rates suck too (way too soft)
