i plan on purchasing a set of volk te37’s. 18x10.5 on the rear and 18x9.5 on the front. does anyone else have these at this size on an s13? im just wondering because id like to know if that size is overkill and i’ll have to roll my fenders and get wide quarters an what not.

what is the offset? cant tell you anything without knowing that
offset in the rear will be a +24 to +18 area. I recommend +20-ish up front for a decent fit on a stock fender.
Problem is 9.5 is way to big up front. You will have a very hard time fitting that wheel on an S13, a 10.5 will be a little easier in the rear but it will still require plenty of fender work and possibly spacers if they dont clear your coilovers.
I have 18x8.5 +20 and 18x9.5 +22 CEs on my S14 and they fit with some fender rolling. I’d go with those sizes as the work involved to fit the sizes you want isnt worth it IMO.
Also, In most cases the time attacks take 6+ months to order especially if you want the sizes you are looking for. Mine took 7 months to get here and they cost me my left nut.
the place that im dealing with gave me a quote at $650/rim brand new. Is that a good price or should i keep looking around?
Thats a VERY good price. I paid about that much with a discount. Are you sure that is the price for Time Attack edition not the normal Volk TEs? Time Attacks usually fetch 750/rim.

fuuuuuuuuck… i was offered a full set of these rims about 4 months ago(spokes only a little diffrent) for $500 full set but im 4 bolt so i said fuck it. never saw the guy again, but if i knew there value then i woulda found a way to rollem home from Jane and Finch.
I run 18 by 8 +25 in front and 8 by 9 by 25 in the rear on an s13. with this offset I dont have much space to the coil in front havent checked the rear. Also if you roll the fender I can see you maybe squeezing another inch in there 1.5 might be hard, will probably need a fender pull and a bit of a strech on the tires.
