Yes, there are plenty of good paying jobs in Buffalo, especially considering the low cost of living.
However, its not the kind of market where you can get an undergrad degree in communication and expect to cruise into a cushy job. Even a marketable undergrad degree alone won’t get you very far. You need to stand out from everyone else with a grad degree and/or experience.
