Last time I was there I heard a huge smash from a window exploding, and I looked over to see some guys looking guilty.
No wonder insurance is so high. Nothing like going there in the winter- walking on a sheet of ice with pieces of jagged rusty metal sticking up from the ground, holding onto rusty cars hoping not to fall.
