I just leave it at the curb, along with paint and any other terrible chemical I can come up with.

Pepboys and AutoZone take it for no charge, Pepboys will take your containers but AutoZone makes you take them with you.

I got a guy that supplies us (checko and pirite and myself) with empty 5gal cooking oil jugs and comes and swaps them out for new empties when they’re full.

Any repair shop in New York state has to take waste oil at no charge. If anyone needs to dump some bring it by. 500 thruway plaza drive 14225
