fulblown motorsports YO 9535674, good price too

ya cant use royal purple or red line, they dont come in a 5w40 only 10w30 or 15w40

and i think 10 is too cold for our car, so motul v300, or Torco sr-1/sr-r

Im trying the Torco SR-1 from Mopac

In a GTR you want to use 10W30 for regular/spirited driving, and 10W40 for track/hard driving. Look in the Skyline factory users manual, it says 7.5W30 there

Ya, but 7.5 is the cold rating and correct me if im wrong but the lower the number the faster the oil makes it to all parts of the engine at startup right? so where a 5 would get there faster then 7.5 that wont hurt, but a 10 would take longer to get there that might cause problems, and isnt there a problem with the 6th cylinder, a problem cause its harder for the oil to get there? also factor in our weather dips.

And to use a 40 for old engines as they run hotter?

Thinner oil flows better in cold weather, but in warm stuff like we have now, there is essentially no difference. In fact, if you’re going to drive hard with that car I wouldn’t put anything less than 10W30 in it.

40 weight oil is thicker and thus will protect better during hard driving - so in the middle of summer that’s what I would be running in your engine. Make sure when the temps start dropping in fall to change it back to a lower weight oil if you’re going to drive it. If you’re just starting it in the garage or whatever, you should be ok as long as you use your block heater.
