ok so i have a 1989 240sx sohc with the hud. but here is the problem. start my car up hud doesnt work. but if i turn my running lights on then flash my hazards on then off it comes on WTF!! that is the only way it comes on ive tried a bunch of ways. when it is on it is all working fine. but as soon as i turn my runners off it turns off too. it also turns off when i turn my wipers on. it never used to be like this. ive checked and replaced all the fuses so its not a fuse. so my question is were should i start tracing my wires? and if i buy an anolog will my speedo not work?

could be relays there the big ones in the engine compartment but i don`t know how to check if there blown or not
if it is a relay would it be my accesories?
check your relay under the steering wheel collumn, make sure HUD is on doing your blinker problem thing, unplug relay, if they go out then its a relay issue.
ok ill check that. im pulling it into the shop thismorning to try and find some things
fixed the problem it was my radio harness
