well “break into” isnt really right considering it wasnt locked. but i go out to my car to go to work and i notice my door isnt fully shut and i know i closed it. i look inside all the shit from the glove box is scattered about. upon further inspection all that was taken was a $30 bottle of cologne?? whats the point? and they ripped my dome light off as well so i assume this happened at night. i mean there isnt even $100 worth of valuables there (including the value of car) i just get annoyed at thiefs
(end rant)
dome light was ripped off cause its the quickest way to get darkness inside the car again
its just like who breaks into a 92 chrysler lebaron convertable ??? unless you know the black cardboard box in the back seat contains a 1400 dolla item … and that theres a subwoofer box in the converatble top well burried inder clothes (invisable to onlookers)
maybe they had a date and needed some cologne
my car is a pos also but I would also be pissed if someone was going through my car even though I only have a cd wallet with cds i can reburn.
I had a friend who had his window broken then his cd player stolen even though it was some generic $100 player he bought 2 years ago. He called the cops and they never even came.
Maybe they wouldn’t need to steal if they had a real job
thats shitty.
compustar > thievs
but so does a baseball bat :gotme:
My friend had somebody get into his '89 Ram plow truck and they didnt even take anything. At the time the truck had no radio and there was garbage (my friend is a slob with cars) all in it.
The stupid bastards were too dumb to realize the keys were in the ignition.
yeah brit called melissa while i was with her, and thats how i heard…kinda funny, but mostly shitty…
the real question is, who leaves their car unlocked? Even if its in your driveway.
well if you seen this car you would know why
word…its half car, half grinding rail…lol
that’s in the top ten of most rediculous things i’ve seen done to cars, eric…
I had my 5 color '92 Camaro RS with 140K miles broken into three times. The first time they tried stealing it, somebody hacked up the column and tried to start it. Little did they know, the starter was shot!
The second time, somebody breaks in and steals the CD player and cologne. Again thief gets pwned. The CD player doesn’t work and I had another one to put in anyway. The cologne was that imitation stuff the crackheads sell and had been in there for like 5 years!
The third time. Car gets broken into and the thief again tries to steal it by ripping open the column. Only this time, the car had been sitting for a month and the battery was dead. I was junking it anyway. I still got $200 for it.
All three times happened in apartment complexes. Anybody that lives in one should watch out for stupid thieves, especially if your car is 5 different colors and has a racing stripe that was put on with a paint roller!!
^^^ even funnier if the same guy got shafted 3 times!!
I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same guy.
My friend’s brand new cobalt got a back window smashed in last week, a CD book and all sorts of misc. shit and they didn’t even touch a thing…
i was just about to say something similar to vrooms post.
how many cds were showing in the car?
crackheads dont think about things like oh shit someones gonna see me. crackheads think god damn i need some crack.
