Yet another bass Pro waterfront deal was announced today. How many times can they say this is happening and then bass pro supposedly backs out? More 3d and miniature models of the waterfront, more extravagant plans and more politicians saying this will happen. Of course just the environmental studies need to be done and it all finalized.
As with all the talk of Buffalo development, I’ll believe it when I see it.
