I am not being mean, I am just saying that there are soooooo many different reasons why I like having a project car, that it could take up twenty pages. Each person has their different reasons for this type of thing. You have to justify them yourself to find out if it is right for you.

it is an infection much like herpes, you catch it once from a seedy person, then you are stuck with it for life, not much more you can do about it other than that. I suggest you quench this thirst and buy more stuff! I think you are looking at it the wrong way. Instead of looking at it in a negative light, you should realize that as humans we all have our addictions and our little guilty pleasures. Speed in the car sense is not as bad as being a drug addict or alcoholic, at least this way you (if built properly) you can see progress instead of a downfall.

Its simple. With all the other stresses in our lives, whatever they may be, cars are always a good relief from the other worries we may have.
And when you build a car in your own image, its a very satisfying payoff to know that the car will do what you want it to do. (providing its not broke lol)
But besides that its just alot of fun, we are all big ass kids, and now we play with big ass toys.
Why am i about to drop x amount of money on mods? Cause i love my car and i love the hobby and it makes me happy to improve on what i have. Like Carnut said, there are alot worse things to spend you money on out there, if it brings you happiness and doesnt hurt anyone else, then im all for it :tup:
