why do repair shops suck

I have had this happen before and it also burntout my head light fluid so I coudnt see anymore:retardclap

It pisses me off that i have customers who come back months later after they are told by someone who has no clue, that an exhaust system has caused the waste gate solenoid to fail. What ever happened to saying … the truck is seven years old things go bad and need replacement… no blame someone else/rant.
