the bolt wont keep them together as tight as needed
that works great for changing the clutch, but makes it almost impossible to pull the whole motor/transmission up and out
i hate honda because they are cookie cutter fggt shit
i just u a sawzall and then weld it back together
that pin is easy as hell…just need a hammer and a skinny enough bolt to use as a punch and it will come right out…a bolt that resembles the one that goes through the bottom of the shift linkage will work
That pin is a fuckin pain… when we pulled the gsr motor out of my integra we tried torching,hammering, drilling , and tryed getting it out with all sorts of punches for hours upon hours and it would not come out. we ended up pulling the motor and trans with the linakge still attached out of my integra and dropped into my 98 ex coupe with out damaging a thing.
