I lost a lot of friends in 9/11. A lot of my friends lost their parents.
If you think, for one minute, that one signature on the internet is going to bother me, after the ridiculous amounts of news media coverage, movies, commercials, yada yada yada, you’d be mistaken.
I’m naive because I know as much about who helps the president than you do? You don;t work there. Nobody really knows who is helping him or if it’s all him.
Bush has a hard time admitting tactical errors. It makes many people think he has something to hide, although I refuse to believe there’s a huge conspiracy behind him. Or those other administrations have been less crooked.
Actually, Condi’s ratings have stayed pretty high. If you ever listen to her speak she admits to mistakes. It leaves people with the impression that she has very little to hide and that they can trust her. I really think there’s a confidence issue involved with this. For Bush, admitting to a mistake means that it just proves he’s not all that intelligent. For Condi, it just makes her seem more like a real person.
Your dad is a cop for Amherst. He retires. You become a cop for amherst. You don’t think hes going to give you tips, hints, pointers. Him and his old cop buddies, won’t help you out, when you are in the jam?
If my dad had started something while on a police force and then I became a police officer, I wouldn’t finish what he started just because it’s my father.
I’m sure he talks to his dad but no one on this forum will know who he talks to unless they work in the white house.
So until there’s someone valid that says his fathere tells him what to do, all you speak is rumors.
And you bet your ass, that if your dad tried all his life to catch a criminal or close a case, and you had an open opportunity to finish it… you would. Anyone would.
yep. i was thinking the same thing. I also am thinking about making gustav my first addition to my ignore list. I never had the urge to do this before now. It’s not that i ignore people that don’t agree with me. I don’t ban people who are a little annoying. But Gustav contributes absolutely ZERO to the discussion. He argues like a little kid…
