Will i Pass?

i’m plan’n on going for my E-Test Soon…and like you guyz said i might have problems with the valves…so how ill i be able to fix that prob…new plugs ?.. or something… and will the valve prob affect the E-Test …

P.S … any suggestions on passing that test… : :))

i wouldn’t worry to much. Everyone that’s seen my car know’s how much oil it burns and how bad it ran…yet it passed on crappy plugs, normal gas, and a screwed up cat.

umm if ur worried… u can do one or more of the following…

1)get a new converter
2)plugges and wires
3)filters
4)injecter cleaner
5)throttle body cleaner
6)fill up with some 94 octain (sunoco has up to 10% methlo alkahol) (spelling on that one)
7) check engine timeing… retard it if needed…
8) O2 sensor

i did all then when i bought my car a i passed with a wicked score…

Most cars pass the e-test without a problem. If you don’t have major problems with the engine and exhaust you’ll probably pass.

I see a lot of cars fail on the leak test. Most of the time a new gas cap is all that needs to be replaced.

Take the test, see what happens, go from there. $40 won’t kill ya.

Drill a whole above the cat to vent out some gasses, retard your timing to -5, run 94 gas with 2L of Isopropal Alcohol in 1/4 a tank. Kill that 1/4 tank a gas just before your going to go to the test on the highway and your good to go man.
