i got a ticket for my window didnt i dont wana take it off though. Has anyone gone through this process before? How much does a ticket like this cost in tonawanda

in cheektowaga it was $75 if that helps…they didn’t make me take tint off or anything…

Really though, Who the fuck cares how dark your tint is? For one it helps prevent fools from seeing whats in your car, and #2 It’s a GREAT safety device if you get hit and the window shatters!

It does affect if a cop can see a gun being pulled on him or not. Makes sense to me.

Just got TWO tint tickets (one for front windows, one for rear windows) recently. Called the court, they offered to drop one of I plead guilty to the other. Fine is $50. This was in Binghamton.

That is why I wrote a ton of tint tickets when I was a deputy.

So you purposely pulled over cars with tint (a harmless offense on it’s own), and walked up to them unable to see if someone was pulling a gun on you, because the tint made it hard to see if someone was pulling a gun on you. :bloated:

They usually put their windows down when they get pulled over and I always had my gun out and by my side when I pulled questionable people over.
