I’m going to go ahead and say this shift fork shouldn’t look like this.
Yep… I finally tore down the motor on the 450… after previously replacing the worn out roller and not having it fix the issue. It’s my guess that the roller going out of round eventually led to this. Good news is that the parts from @focusinprogress look great and should fix my issues. Once gaskets, engine seals, and hondabond hit my doorstep she’ll be buttoned back up in no time.
